I saw a "pin" on pinterest for some avacado egg rolls. They looked good and I thought they would be good with the leftover chutney dip!
Avocados, onion, cilantro, sundried tomatoes & salt. (Good with chips too!)
I tried to make the rolls fancy and beautiful, but fillo dough is not my friend. So, I went "rustic" and just cut three layers into rectangles, added the filling and rolled.
Yummy lunch, dinner or starter.
