Snapes Potion Cabinet
The first Potion that we made was The Exploding Elixir
We used Water, Ogre Boogers (dish soap), Volitile Fluid (vinegar), and exploding powdered rocks (baking soda)
Green Ogre Boogers!
Success!
The second potion we made was Felix Felicis (the good luck potion)
Quentin read to us about the potion from our "Magical Potions and Drafts" school book
We combined Jelly Fish Serum (corn syrup) and Goblins Dust (edible glitter)
When it was all combined we tied it around the students necks to take home. (My child drank his within 10 minutes of the party being over. He said he needed good luck. This is why I made it with all edible ingredients!) He says he's been very lucky ever since.
Still to come...Charms Class & Magical Creatures Class!

hahaha. I love Jefferson... I'm so glad he's been LUCKY! lol

Hi,
I'm throwing a Harry Potter Party in a couple of weeks and I found some really great ideas on your website- Thanks!
On another note can you tell me where you got the little glass bottles with corks to put the potions in. Are they widely available?
Thanks!

Lihini-
Thanks for checking out my site!
I purchased the bottles on etsy. The shop is this one: http://www.etsy.com/shop/shareliving
Send me some photos of your party if you think about it. I would love to see how it turns out!
